Women And Weights- The Most Under-Estimated Way To Lose Weight Fast!
Walk into any gym today and you will see countless numbers of women lifting tiny dumbbells or doing hundreds of squats or lunges on the spot with no weights. They certainly won't be straining or working up much of a sweat and they certainly won't be forcing their body to build or even maintain their current level of muscle mass. It is very unfortunate that many gyms still advocate light weight training for women under the mistaken assumption that this will tone them up without giving them bulky muscles.

Proper Ways To Exercise On Home Gyms
When using home gyms you will often be working by yourself at home and may or may not be working out properly. While home gyms are great ways to exercise and get into shape, they won't be very effective if you don't know how to use them properly. You could also end up hurting yourself on one.
A Fitness Partner is a Great Motivation for Exercise and Fitness
In a quest for a healthier lifestyle, women know that fitness and exercise are important. Exercise can improve your health, increase your energy level, relieve stress, and help you to sleep better. A fit woman will remain stronger and more independent as she ages. Sometimes the road to fitness is a difficult path when you are attempting to initiate and exercise program and eat healthier alone. Attempting to exercise daily, watching your nutrition, and making healthy lifestyle changes are often overshadowed by boredom or a too busy lifestyle. At one time or another, most women have had trouble starting or sticking with a fitness or exercise program.
Home Gyms: Universal vs. Free Weights
The two most common types of home gyms are universal and free weight home gyms. Universal home gyms can be used to exercise every muscle group in the body, while free weight home gyms are usually less versatile.
